All members
of Duel Fitness fencing club undertake that
they are fit to carry out all physical activities
associated with the club.
Duel Fitness
Fencing Club, its coaches, instructors, assistants
and members cannot, under any circumstances,
be held responsible for any loss, damage or
injury (including death), whether accidental
or otherwise, arising during, or resulting from
participation in fencing activities within the
Duel Fitness Fencing Club premises or on the
Club's behalf
Duel Fitness
Fencing Club reserves the right to ask for an
individual to be removed from a class / course
for any of the following reasons:
•.For any breach
of the rules, conditions or regulations etc
• Deliberately not responding to training
• For any kind of misbehaviour or deliberate
damage
• For poor attendance
Parents/Guardians
and their families of members under the age
of 18 are welcome to watch classes but are not
permitted to interfere with the running of the
class.
Duel Fitness
Fencing Club ask that Parents / Guardians of
members under the age of 18 take responsibility
of their children both before the class has
begun and immediately after the class has ended.
Once booked,
any individual wishing to be transferred to
a different course will have to pay a £20 registration
charge.
All members
should ensure they bring sufficient fluids with
them to every class
Duel Fitness
Fencing Club reserves the right to amend or
alter its conditions and rules at any time.
Fees and payment
All courses
and club membership must be paid in full and
in advance either by cheque or by Pay Pal through
the website.
Duel Fitness
Fencing Club cannot guarantee membership or
an individual’s place on any course if payment
has not been received by the due date.
Should Duel
Fitness Fencing Club have to cancel any of its
classes / club sessions due to any circumstances
outside of its control, refunds or compensation
cannot be given. Alternative dates will be arranged
if possible.
Duel Fitness
Fencing Club reserves the right to amend or
alter the fees and classes as and when necessary.
